Alternate Concept: Geometric Alternate This video shows the concept of manipulating the geometry of your real-time 3D model with the click of a button. You can visualize any number of design iterations in real time. Some practical examples of this powerful feature includes: Headwall configuration, store layout/design, operating room equipment orientation, etc. |

Move and Add Objects Watch the ease and power of manipulating existing objects and adding new objects to the real-time, immersive application. All worlds have a list of “props” or objects that are specific to that scene. In other words, when we switch to another scene in real-time, accompanying the new scene will be new props. |

Funny Explore Watch our Architecture Interactive team member, Michael illustrate how you can take any perspective possible in the virtual space. Notice the accuracy and smoothness of the integrated optical / inertial tracking system. Learn more about our tracking systems at www.worldviz.com. |

3D Navigation: Scale Movement This video illustrates one of the many novel navigation tools. Rarely do you have a physical space that is as large as the virtual environment that you wish to explore. So, how do i get where i want to go without running into the physical wall? Scaling your movement is one option. Here Michael scales his movement 4x, which means that every one step he takes in the physical world corresponds to 4 steps in the virtual simulation. |

Look What’s Cookin’ Another illustration of the lack of bounds in the VR world. Watch Michael put himself in the oven for an interesting (yet irrelevant) view that you can’t get in the physical world. |

Alternate concept: Geometric and Aesthetic This video shows one example of the “alternate” feature in Architecture Interactive. AI allows a user to visualize geometric and/or aesthetic design changes to an environment in real time. In this example, if you look closely you’ll notice that we preformed both a geometric alternate and an aesthetic alternate. The orientation of the kitchen equipment rotated 90 degrees and the wall color changes. We could have chosen to do one or the other but in this case preformed both alternate options at the same time by using the “deselect” and “select all” option within the folder. Alternatively, just individual items can be selected and un-selected. |

Video On Any Texture In Architecture Interactive, adding a sound or video to a texture is as simple as a one line tag in 3ds Max. Other similar features include: animations, fly-thrus, hot spots, jump-to’s and much much more! |

Saves Short This illustrates a concept/feature within Architecture Interactive (AI) that allows a user to manipulate an existing environment or “build” a new environment and then save the new scene reflecting the changes. Users can manipulate existing components and/or add new 3D models and then save the end result to be referenced to at a later time. |

Medical Design Validation: Move Medical Boom This is a simple proof of concept video that illustrates a user manipulating the placement of medical equipment (a boom in this example) in an immersive Architecture Interactive application. |

Joystick Navigation in Architecture Interactive 2.0 This video illustrates one of the many novel navigation tools. Rarely do you have a physical space that is as large as the virtual environment that you wish to explore. So, how do i get where i want to go without running into the physical wall? Translating through the space with our PPT Wand’s joystick is one option. Here Michael changes his virtual position with the joystick while standing still in the physical space. |

SnapShot Feature – Saving the 3D Space: Long This illustrates a concept/feature within Architecture Interactive (AI) that allows a user to manipulate an existing environment or “build” a new environment and then save the new scene reflecting the changes. Users can manipulate existing components and/or add new 3D models and then save the end result to be referenced to at a later time. |
